Jacqueline holds a BCom degree in finance and a BA degree in psychology. She is an nationally and internationally accredited family law, commercial and workplace mediator. Jacqueline has been a full-time mediator in private practice since 2006 and is active in all aspects of mediation and mediation training. She serves since 2019 as the Treasurer on the EXCO of the Mediation Society of South Africa. Her financial background has proven indispensable as many disputes have a monetary aspect, and her studies in psychology give her the necessary insight in conflict and relationship dynamics. Jacqueline’s main objective is to assist parties in resolving their disputes and in helping them negotiate workable agreements and settlements to prevent litigation and minimize the damage thereof.

Jacqueline is an experienced mediator facilitating a wide range of disputes, including commercial, medico-legal and workplace conflicts, as well as family matters and divorces, the latter with a focus on matrimonial finance. For almost 20 years she has dedicated herself to providing mediation solutions, as well as offering value-added services to attorneys, therapists, and HR managers whilst ensuring her services are delivered with care and cost-effectiveness. Her facilitative mediation style prioritizes confidentiality, neutrality, fairness, and the well-being of the people involved. Jacqueline achieves favourable outcomes, emphasizing a supportive and empathetic approach to preserve  relationships amidst conflict.
