CINDY UECKERMANN
Cindy Ueckermann is a qualified mediator, co-parenting facilitator, supervised contact Practitioner, and counsellor, as well as the founder of FamilyWorx, a company dedicated to holistic well-being and professional support. With over 18 years of experience in client-centred environments, she established her private mediation practice in 2021 to support individuals and families navigating separation and divorce.
Cindy joined MediationWorx in 2022 and is actively involved at its Nationwide Head Oτ°ice. She is also actively involved with Family Assist, where she liaises with students and supports course development to ensure relevant, high-quality training. Cindy currently serves as a Board Member of the Mediation Society of South Africa (MSSA).
She is passionate about empowering families through constructive conflict resolution. Her mediation approach is grounded in professionalism, empathy, and child-focused principles. With a strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing development, Cindy helps families navigate divorce, parenting challenges, and relationship transitions with dignity and clarity.
