With over 26 years of legal experience, I have established myself as a dedicated referral advocate and mediation specialist, navigating complex disputes with precision and fairness. Since 2007, I have been actively practicing as a referral advocate, initially focusing on Plaintiff advocacy until 2012, after which I expanded my expertise to represent both Plaintiffs and Defendants equally in all Road Accident Fund (RAF) matters.
In 2017, I completed specialised Medical Negligence Mediation training, allowing me to serve as a mediator, co-mediator, and observer in intricate medical negligence claims. My mediation expertise extends to family law, where I work as part of MediationWorx, a distinguished organization specializing in dispute resolution.
