Veerash Srikison is an admitted advocate and the founder of Fair Practiceä, a dispute resolution services organisation based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has been involved in the practice of ADR since 2010.

She is a Harvard trained mediator and negotiator and has presided as a judge in Civil/Commercial Mediation and Negotiation competitions globally.  She is a cum laude graduate of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA – University of Pretoria) in Alternate Dispute Resolution.  She has also received a distinction merit for her mini-dissertation based on child participation in mediation as part of her LLM qualification from the University of Pretoria. Veerash is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Johannesburg continuing her research on mediation in family law.

Veerash is the lead trainer for Fair Practiceä and AFSA  in mediation and negotiation skills training.  Her Mediation Skills training programme is nationally accredited through the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP), DiSAC and internationally accredited by the prestigious International Mediation Institute (IMI).  To date Veerash has trained over 600 professionals in mediation and negotiation skills. She has endorsed the use of mediation as a dispute resolution forum as an invited speaker in numerous media events, conferences and webinars in all professional fields, making her one of the leading experts in the alternate dispute resolution arena.
