Willie obtained Dip. Iuris, B. Iuris and LLB qualifications with UNISA, CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (Texas, USA) and Mediation Certification with the University of the Free State.

He is an admitted advocate, and has more than 27 years’ experience as a Prosecutor and Magistrate. 

Since 2016 Willie has been in private practice as an Advocate, affiliated to the National Forum of Advocates.

As a proud member of the international Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) he studied foreign law and practices, fraud and loss risks, accounting principles, insurance risks, etc.

He has experience of international and cross-border litigation and investing.
