Rules of Mediation in South Africa
The court-annexed mediation rules which will be implemented in the District and Regional Courts, form part of the Government’s concerted effort to transform the civil justice system and are geared to enhance access to justice. They were drafted as part of the Civil Justice Reform Project (CJRP) which was approved by Cabinet.
