The MSSA act as an intermediary between the users of the MSSA website and a MSSA accredited member, or associate member who has been appointed by the users in terms of the MSSA Constitution.
The information, recommendations and/or services provided to users on or through the MSSA Website is for general information purposes only and does not constitute advice. The MSSA will keep the Website and its contents reasonably correct and up to date but does not guarantee that (the contents of) the Website is free of errors, defects, malware and viruses or that the Website is correct, up to date and accurate.
The quality of the services requested through the use of the MSSA Website is entirely the responsibility of the relevant member who has been appointed by the clients to provide those services. The MSSA under no circumstance accepts liability in connection with and/or losses or damages arising from the services provided by the MSSA members or any acts, actions, behaviour, conduct, and/or negligence on the part of the MSSA member.
Any complaints about the services provided by the MSSA should first be submitted to the relevant member and then to the MSSA. The MSSA disciplinary committee will investigate the complaint on behalf of the MSSA and report the outcome to the member and the complainant.
